On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to the 19th International Symposium on Integrative Oncology and Systems Medicine : Emerging Trends and Therapeutic Potential, at Sridev Suman Uttarakhand University, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand , India.

This symposium will bring together leading international and Indian experts and researchers to discuss the latest advancements in the field of mitochondria, apoptosis, and cell death, with a special focus on their roles in cancer research. It is a unique opportunity to engage with cutting-edge science, network with fellow scientists, and contribute to meaningful discussions that can drive future research and therapeutic strategies.

We are honored to have an outstanding lineup of speakers who will present their work on various aspects of cell death mechanisms, mitochondrial dynamics, and their implications in cancer biology. We are inviting papers for abstract and oral presentations. Once you create an account kindly login to the website with your email id and password you created for the account. You will get abstract instructions, sample abstract, and a link to upload your abstract after login. Kindly upload your abstract and we will send you further instructions with an acceptance letter (if accepted).

If you do not wish you present a paper then also you are welcome to join us as a participant. You need to create an account with details so that we can send you a conference link to join. Registration is mandatory for all participants.
Please note: 

  • You are required to register for the conference, before you submit the abstract. 
  • Abstracts must be submitted online through the conference website. Abstract submissions by any other means like offline mail or email etc. will not be entertained. 
  • One participant can submit only one abstract as a presenting author, however he/she may be a non-presenting author on other abstracts. 
  • The length of the abstract is limited to 300 words. 
  • Don’t forget to review your abstract before final submission

Please go through the guidelines for poster session:

Poster size should be 4 feet x 3 feet (vertical x horizontal). There will be an exclusive session for the poster presentation. All the posters will be judged by experts, and the criteria for judging the posters are followings:
The following major criteria will be used to judge posters:
I. Visual components

  •  Clarity and quality of presentation.
  •  Appropriate level of details provided.
  •  Legibility and ease of assimilation of data and graphics.
  •  Layout and flow.
  •  Poster well organized, easy to follow.
  •  Use of data, tables, graphs, photos, drawings, etc.
  •  Everything easy to read; no text overload.
  •  Poster can be easily understood without additional explanations from presenter.

II. Presentation

  •  Ability of applicant to discuss the work with relevant literature.
  •  Answering of questions.

III. Relevance/Significance/Impact of study

  •  Results related to other studies or extended to other areas.
  •  Implications for scientific and/or human importance made.
  •  Future direction of research.

IV. Problem and Hypothesis/Framing of issue

  •  Research question and hypothesis stated clearly.
  •  Originality shown.
  •  Suitability of methods and analysis.

V. Interpretation of Results

  •  Data are interpreted for readers.
  •  Appropriate conclusions drawn and explained.
  •  Conclusions do not go beyond data presented.
