Refund Policy

Conference/Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all symposia, events, workshops, and other activities organized by CRCA (Cancer Research and Care Academy). We strive for consistency across all our programs, ensuring that this policy remains relevant to each and every event.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
    • Registrants who cancel their conference registration online on or before the specified deadline (which will be communicated for each event) are eligible for a refund. However, a non-refundable administrative fee of Rs1000 will be deducted.
    • Registrants canceling after the specified deadline will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
    • Registration fees can not be transferred to another individual. 
  2. Event Cancellation by CRCA:
    • In the unlikely event that CRCA must cancel a conference, workshop, or any other activity due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full cost of registration to all participants.
    • Unforeseen circumstances refer to unexpected events that prevent CRCA from proceeding with an event. Examples include, but are not limited to:
      • Inclement weather or natural disasters
      • Site unavailability
      • Technology challenges
      • Presenter absence
